1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "you", or "your") and qqclub ("qqclub", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at qqclub.win. By creating an account, accessing the qqclub platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the qqclub platform and close your account by contacting our customer support team.

qqclub reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" means the qqclub website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming services accessible at qqclub.win.
• "Account" means the personal member account registered by a Member on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the MYR-denominated balance held within a Member's Account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive awarded by qqclub to a Member.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or gaming round placed using real-money or bonus funds on the Platform.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Eligibility

To register for and use a qqclub account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. qqclub does not permit persons under 21 years old to register, access, or use the Platform in any capacity.
• You are not a resident of, and are not located in, any Restricted Territory at the time of registration or any subsequent use of the Platform.
• You are accessing and using the Platform on your own behalf and solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• You do not already hold an existing qqclub account. Each person may hold only one Account.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by qqclub for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are acting in your own name and are not acting as an agent or representative of any third party.

qqclub reserves the right to require documentary proof of any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide such documentation when requested may result in suspension of your Account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

4. Account Registration

Members must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. You are required to promptly update your Account details if any information changes. qqclub is entitled to rely on the information provided in your Account as being accurate and current.

4.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)

qqclub may at any time require a Member to complete identity verification ("KYC") procedures. KYC documentation may include but is not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Processing of withdrawal requests may be suspended pending successful KYC completion.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your qqclub login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — including all wagers placed — shall be deemed to have been authorised by you. qqclub accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on qqclub are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following general conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the Cashier page within your Account and are subject to change without notice.
• Deposits made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank FPX are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. qqclub reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• qqclub does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which qqclub bears no responsibility.
• Funds deposited into your qqclub Wallet are held in a segregated account and are not used for operational purposes.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to four business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where enhanced verification is required.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions made available by qqclub are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the promotion details. Unclaimed bonuses will expire automatically.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) that must be met in full before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, each bonus may only be claimed once per Member, household, IP address, and payment method.
• qqclub reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, circumvent, or manipulate the bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, collusion, or arbitrage betting — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, live casino, and slot gaming activity on the qqclub platform is subject to the specific game rules published within each product section, in addition to the following general rules:

• Wagers once confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member except where qqclub's specific product rules expressly provide for a cash-out or early settlement option.
• qqclub reserves the right to void any Wager where it is determined that an error has occurred, including but not limited to: manifest pricing errors, technical faults, and data feed failures.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at qqclub's sole discretion, including in response to match incidents, data delays, or suspected irregularities.
• qqclub employs integrity monitoring tools. Any Wager identified as part of a suspicious betting pattern may be withheld pending investigation.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qqclub platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform while located in a Restricted Territory.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties in any gaming or betting context.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to qqclub immediately.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or places an unreasonable load on the Platform infrastructure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the qqclub platform, including but not limited to the qqclub brand name, logo, trade marks, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of qqclub or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any commercial context without the prior written consent of qqclub.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qqclub and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures.

qqclub's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. qqclub makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Responsible Gaming

qqclub is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming among all its Members. We provide the following tools and resources to help Members manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration alerts to receive a notification after a specified period of play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may apply a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion by contacting our support team via live chat. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the specified duration and qqclub will take all reasonable steps to enforce the exclusion.

12. Suspension & Termination

qqclub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (which are not exhaustive):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, sports corruption, or collusion.

Upon closure of an Account for any reason other than confirmed fraud or breach, any real-money balance remaining in the Wallet (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within fourteen (14) business days.

13. Privacy

qqclub collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Amendments

qqclub may amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, qqclub will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or a notice displayed on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which qqclub holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between a Member and qqclub that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed independent arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
